Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

JOB SUMMARY:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for delivering support to Program Administrator and General Manager.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Polite and professional communication while answering questions and
    requests via phone, e-mail and mail.
  • Responsible for calling to absent students as per the attendance policies and procedures.
  • Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, couriering.
  • Cleaning and organizing office area.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Senior Management Team.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from an accredited University or College.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a related occupation.
  • 1-2 years of proven success in customer service is required.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Knowledge of integrated telephone system.
  • Minimum 50 wpm typing speed.
