Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

JOB SUMMARY:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for delivering support to Program Administrator and General Manager.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Polite and professional communication while answering questions and
requests via phone, e-mail and mail. - Responsible for calling to absent students as per the attendance policies and procedures.
- Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, couriering.
- Cleaning and organizing office area.
- Perform other duties as requested by Senior Management Team.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited University or College.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a related occupation.
- 1-2 years of proven success in customer service is required.
- Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Knowledge of integrated telephone system.
- Minimum 50 wpm typing speed.
